Historic Buck Town is comprised of eleven acres including a wonderfully preserved 4,472 square foot Colonial Revival House built in 1904, two springhouses, a frame apple/canning house and an old store.

The Buck House, built entirely of old Chestnut and Poplar from the surrounding mountains, represents the most intact example of an early 20th century North Carolina mountain settlement and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Truly a gem to be treasured, the Buck House is an impressive asset to the list of amenities at Wolf Laurel.
