The Doghobble is nearly finished! Although we've had abnormally cold and snowy weather, the Doghobble's superior insulating characteristics assures a warm and comfortable work environment for finish carpentry.
As you can see in the photos, we've had some snow. The Doghobble has proved to be a great place to enjoy the winter mountain landscape.
The kitchen has a great view, the great room has a great view, now that I think about it, most every room has a great view! I can't wait to build a fire in the great room's fireplace. The recycled barn wood that cloaks the fireplace and the antique hand hewn beams that form the mantel give an authentic, local flair to the main floor. I can just imagine kicking back in front of a nice fire and gazing out the window at the gorgeous mountain landscape.
